REQUIREMENTS:

. Control and monitoring the company’s accounting and billing;

. Creation of financial statements and reports; Support the drafting of the tax and accounting closing, Annual audits monitoring and control;

. Control and management of supplier’s payments and client’s collections;

. Taxes control and follow up;

. Payroll control and management and activate or deactivate the employee’s state;

. Management and monitoring of corporate purchases, insurances, and costumer contracts;

. Administrative support in commercial tasks and client management;

. Part-time or full-time job;

. Remuneration according to the training and experience levels of the candidate;

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

. Minimum experience of one year in similar functions;

. Degree in ADE, economics or similar; or highlighted confirmed experience in similar functions;

. High level of English

. Coordination, autonomy, organization, and panning skills;

. Knowledge in commercial management, digital marketing and social media management (an area to foster and develop);

. Availability o start as soon as possible;

. Ability to propose more profitable technical/ financial solutions in the project development of  stands/ events/ space renovations;

. National and International Market test.

Role requirements

. More than 3-year experience in budgeting processes of temporary constructions (stands and events) and in renovation work;

. Proficiency in AUTOCAD and MS Excel;

. Excellent command of spoken and written English;

. Preferably graduation in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

REQUIREMENTS:

. Integral management of projects: identification of the clients needs (briefing), coordination of the creative team, proposal development; sales, Production coordination and follow up, implementation of the event and post-event management;

. Strategic vision and flexibility in the proposal’s conception and creativity;

. Customer retention, business development and acquisition of new clients;

. Search, coordinate and contact with suppliers, partners, agencies, and institutions;

. Budgets preparation and negotiation; Financial control and management of projects;

. Remuneration according to the training and experience levels of the candidate;

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

. Experience from 4 to 8 years as a project manager  in the area of events, stands, brand activations and experiential marketing;

. High level of English (we value knowledge of Portuguese);
