• Desenvolvimento e promoção internacional de marcas: Assessoria de Imprensa e Relações públicas; Registo de marca internacional; Conceção de vídeos promocionais.
• Prospeção e presença em mercados internacionais: Realização de viagens de prospeção, para transmitir a confiança e a qualidade dos serviços, bem como melhor conhecer as exigências e os players presentes no mercado. Promovendo assim, a captação dos potenciais clientes, através do contacto direto.
• Marketing internacional: Conceção de catálogos multilingues, para divulgação da empresa e dos seus produtos, tendo em conta as exigências dos diversos mercados; Aquisição de relatórios/estudos sobre os mercados-alvo.
• Introdução de novos métodos de organização: Hardware e Softwares de suporte à atividade de internacionalização;Sistema de Videoconferência, linha voip, VPN; Acesso remoto ao servidor para vários utilizadores que se desloquem aos mercados externos; Contratação de 2 técnicos qualificados, como objetivo de ajustar os produtos às exigências do mercado, assegurar o cumprimento das estratégias de internacionalização planeadas e a realização de benchmarking.
• Certificações específicas: Certificação ISO 9001, imprescindível para concorrer a concursos em mercados externos.
Com a realização das atividades supramencionadas e com o sucesso da implementação do projeto de internacionalização, a Multilem ambiciona, em 2018, alcançar um peso de 40% do VN Internacional no VN Total e aumentar a criação líquida de 16 postos de trabalho face ao ano pré projeto.
A Multilem pretende assim, reforçar a aposta na internacionalização, pelo incremento da conquista de NOVOS clientes e/ou projetos oriundos dos mercados externos, já explorados, pelo que a estratégia definida implica a realização de um conjunto de intervenções a nível da promoção internacional e ainda outros investimentos relacionados com o objetivo nuclear de incrementar o seu volume de negócios no mercado externo.
