“Youtube is where the world chooses to watch”

Inspired by the strap line “I Video therefore I am” we created an immersive environment, designed to launch the first edition of Youtube Pulse Lisbon. The event was designed to promote YouTube as an online cultural motor and marketing tool.

On June 29th Espaço Brasil at the LX factory was transformed and curated to host a series of debates and experiences that invited guests to gain awareness of the platform’s new possibilities.

Multilem incorporated the YouTube identity into an informal scape. Through various small and intimate spaces the atmosphere of a home was portrayed. Guests were transported to an intimate ambiance that evoked YouTube’s intimate presence in the lives of its users.

Highlights of the event included talks by Bernardo Correia (Google Country Manager) and Nadav Perry (Head of Brand Products EMEA Google).

A powerful discussion titled “YouTube As An Economic Driving Force” moderated by the T.V host Rui Unas with participants such as Miguel Sabino (tumbmeida), Miguel Luz and Inês Rochinha (YouTubers) that allowed guests to authentically witness the relevancy of YouTube as a marketing tool.

The closing awards ceremony “YouTube Ads Leaderboard” that recognized and awarded prizes to Pingo Doce, Unilever Portugal and Renault Portugal for their outstanding performance in the last 12 months.
