Quantity Surveyor (F/M/Y)

Work Location: Azambuja

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with experience in stand construction, events, and brand activations, with a strong focus on cost control and the development of accurate and efficient proposals.

If you are detail-oriented, analytical, and enjoy working closely with creative, technical, and commercial teams, this could be the right opportunity for you.

 

Main Responsibilities:

Preparation of quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and budgets for stand construction and temporary structures;
Support the in-house creative development, ensuring technical and financial feasibility;
Analysis and interpretation of projects (stands / refurbishments / events) based on sketches, technical drawings, 3D models, and specifications;
Propose alternative materials and construction methods to optimize costs and efficiency;
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors (national and international) to obtain quotations and develop budgets;
Maintain and update cost databases and pricing structures.

Required Profile:

Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field;
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in quantity surveying / cost estimation within the sector;
Additional training in cost management, project management, or construction (valued);
Strong knowledge of materials and construction methods;
Good command of English (spoken and written); additional languages such as Spanish, German, or French are a plus;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
Good knowledge of AutoCAD;
Valid driving license.
