This year’s Semapa Annual Management Meeting went beyond the traditional conference model, it was conceived as an immersion into the future. Under the concept FORWARD: Semapa Innovation Hub, more than 500 team members gathered at LX Factory in Lisbon for a dynamic and fully personalised experience, where every participant followed their own journey through talks, activities and moments designed to spark new perspectives.
Challenge:
The challenge was to create an environment that genuinely broke away from convention, crafting a meeting where content, flow, space and narrative were not standardised, but adapted to human curiosity, energy and individual interests, while still ensuring coherence and alignment across the full group.
